01 General Terms

Sunwin (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "Sunwin") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for members in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between Sunwin and its members.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the Sunwin platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform.

02 Account Registration

To create an account on Sunwin, you must meet the following requirements:

• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address accurately.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and balances may be confiscated.
• All account information must be accurate and complete. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Verification

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The account used for the deposit and the Sunwin account must belong to the same person.
• Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly upon successful processing. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Sunwin does not pay any interest or profit on deposits.

If suspicious deposit activity is detected, Sunwin reserves the right to hold funds until verification is complete.

05 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be followed when withdrawing funds from Sunwin:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. A separate limit applies for VIP members.

If fraud or money laundering is suspected, Sunwin reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation, and will notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Terms and Conditions for Sunwin Bonuses & Promotions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Typically, you are required to wager 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirement has been met after claiming a bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Sunwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms for unfair advantage will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.

07 Gaming Rules

• All game results are final. Results will not be altered unless a game is cancelled due to a technical issue.
• If your internet connection drops or your device shuts down, the result of any ongoing game will be saved on the server.
